Fresh Mustard Greens

Kevin picked and shared some of his fabulous mustard greens this week. I sautéed a bit of bacon and them added some of what I had on hand: mushrooms, squash, and garlic. I tossed in the greens. Yum! Super delicious. The greens were incredibly delicious.

Last night, I made a stir fry also of Kevin’s mustard greens, which were mild and delicious, plus some kale and Thai basil. Had some leftovers which I added to my ramen lunch today. Thanks Kevin!

That sounds absolutely delicious! I’m so envious of Kevin’s garden. Fresh greens make all the difference. I bet a little squeeze of lemon juice at the end would brighten it up even further.
