Wow, this sounds like a fantastically creative and flavorful noodle soup! I love how you’re using what you have on hand. Sometimes, when I’m short on ingredients and just need a mental break while dinner simmers, I’ll play the Dinosaur Game on Chrome. It’s surprisingly calming! I might try a vegetarian version of this with some tofu and mushrooms next time. Thanks for the inspiration!

That sounds absolutely delicious! I’m so envious of Kevin’s garden. Fresh greens make all the difference. I bet a little squeeze of lemon juice at the end would brighten it up even further. Thinking about it, that dish reminds me of something I made with kale last week. Maybe next time, try adding a soft-boiled egg on top? It’s surprisingly good. Seriously, try that. Kind of like the Eggy Car food trend!
