Knowledgeable gardeners needed for LAGG's garden mentor program. This program is necessary to provide ongoing gardening support to our garden recipients. Garden mentors are assigned to each garden recipient. Mentors schedule routine quarterly follow up visits to our gardens and provides our recipients with hands on gardening tips regarding maintenance, pest control, seasonal planting, harvesting and more. A mentor's quarterly follow up visit takes no more than one hour and is a fine way to pair garden enthusiast with our recipients and keeps our gardens healthy and vibrant.
