Calling on ALL Pruning Class Participants!

Want to get some hands-on experience and help the LA Green Grounds' Teaching Garden?

Please sign up to volunteer at our MAY 27 Pruning and Work Party!  We will be pruning trees and tidying up the garden. There will be a dumpster available at that time to haul all away non-compostables.

Bring pruning tools if you have. Be sure to bring your gloves, wear sturdy closed toe shoes, hat and sunscreen. Please bring a refillable water bottle. 

We'll also harvest our Fava beans, grown as a "cover crop" to fertilize the soil. And we'll have a tasting of roasted fava beans and some beans to take home.

Please sign up ONLY if you are able to attend so we have enough volunteers.  After sign up, you will be taken to our Release Forms page - please complete the "Dig-In at LAGG Teaching Garden" release form for adults and bring with you May 27.
