Volunteer for LA Green Ground's next Dig-In!

We've gotten a lot of requests to participate in a dig-in! We're excited to share with your on next one scheduled for Saturday, June 18, 2022, in Los Angeles' West side. (Address will be shared to dig-in registrants only.)

This residence has a bare front lawn (and gardeners will remove the remnants of the old lawn).  We'll be planting a new organic food garden that will be in a smaller space than the whole lawn area because a huge tree in the parkway shades a portion of the lawn - making the front area not ideal for growing vegetables.  

SATURDAY, JUNE 18 9AM - 3PM - Please be on-time so we can begin promptly.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:

• sunscreen
• sun hat
• sturdy, closed-toe shoes
• long pants
• refillable water bottle
• gloves and hand clippers, if you have
• proof of COVID vaccination and mask
• signed waiver (upon event registration, you will be directed to page with link to waiver - please select "Dig-In any other location")

The garden recipient will be providing lunch.
