LA Green Grounds will introduce students to kimchi-making during the student-led Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Cultural Festival at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks. Demo will connect with a broader conversation about sustainability, fermentation, food waste reduction, and cultural food traditions.
