This FUN event celebrates the long established relationship between people of Mexican, Japanese and African ancestry in LA.
What we'll have:
- Storytelling and the sharing of memory
- Food demos with FREE FOOD
- Children's activities
- other activities and workshops
- Live music and dance - jazz and much older traditional genres of music
Looking at Crenshaw, Sawtelle, Boyle Heights, Little Tokyo and beyond we'll celebrate with:
QUETZAL, EAST L.A. TAIKO, LE BALLET DEMBAYA AND NOBUKO & MOTTAINAI BAND
