Learn how to harvest and save seeds, make seed starting mixes, and about the care and feeding of seedlings. 

Start fall/winter vegetable plants from seeds (kale, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kohlrabi, bok choy, lettuce). Plant in September/October for eating in December.

Participants take home planted veggie seeds in paper pots, ready to plant.

Fee: $20

Maximum: 20 students.
