Two LAGG Dig-In Gardens need help:
We'll be weeding, adding new compost, reshaping beds, planting new winter vegetables, and pruning dormant fruit trees*.
Bring hand clippers, loppers, if you have them. As usual, wear a hat, sunscreen; sensible shoes. Bring gloves and water bottle.
Starting Location on Harvard Blvd. in LA 90062
Lunch will be provided. Then proceed to second garden.
*Great chance for you to learn how to prune your fruit trees! Master Gardener Florence Nishida will be teaching that at both gardens.
