Workshop: Making Pickles - Preserving Vegetables

Class description: Start summer off by learning to make two favorite pickles: sauerkraut and kim chee. Both are delicious picnic, barbecue type foods. Fermentation is a great way to preserve your home grown vegetables, and add healthy probiotics to your diet. Vegetables, spice, and jars provided.

Bring: cutting board, sharp chef's knife, and large mixing bowl

Supplies fee: $15

How to register: Please register below. You will receive a welcoming letter confirming registration and instructions for the first meeting. 

Deadline for registration: June 12. Class size is limited. Register early below.
